Excellent! I absolutely loved this product! There was no discomfort or fishy burps. After a couple of weeks, I noticed an increase in strength and energy. Any cold sores I had seemed to fade away. This omega is in triglyceride form, with capsules that are easy to swallow. I recommend it to everyone!
