I can't praise Oreganol enough! It’s quite strong and can sting a bit, but I haven't gotten sick since I started using it. If I feel something coming on, I take 3 drops under my tongue twice a day, and it works wonders for my cough and cold symptoms.

The package is small, but you only need a few drops as the oil is concentrated. The taste can be pungent if too much is used; it's best to add only 2 to 3 drops with honey or juice.

I purchased this to help with adult acne, but it has been effective for my mother's dry cough too. After giving her 4 drops under her tongue, she felt phlegm loosening in her chest within 20 minutes and slept much better that night. I've used oregano oil capsules before, but they often upset my stomach. This product has not caused that issue. After a month of coughing, I finally ordered this. I'm very impressed! For mothers with often sick children, this is a lifesaver from frequent sick leave. My 4-year-old son has high fevers when he gets sick, and I worry greatly. Normally, I use antibiotics, but since trying this oregano oil, I drip it into juice for him. The burning aftertaste must be avoided for children. Despite a rising fever, after giving Paracetamol and Oreganol, the temperature dropped and everything improved! It works!
