I always keep this product at hand as it effectively fights infections wherever needed. I use it for no longer than ten days at a time, taking breaks in between. It's especially helpful during allergy season or if I sense a sinus infection approaching. Since I began using it, my visits to the doctor for sinusitis have notably decreased. It doesn't taste pleasant, but taking it under the tongue with juice can make it easier to ingest. Consider giving it a try if you suffer from recurrent sinusitis.

Oregano oil combined with garlic and coconut oils has been somewhat effective for treating sinusitis; however, it is rather expensive.
