Vitamin E mitigates respiratory damage
We investigated how exposure to ultrafine particles (UFPs) in cold and humid environments impacts respiratory health. Using a controlled study with male Balb/c mice, we found that exposure to carbon black nanoparticles worsened lung function and increased inflammation and oxidative stress.

Notably, the combination of UFPs and cold-humid conditions intensified these adverse effects. However, when we administered Vitamin E, it helped reduce these harmful impacts. This suggests that Vitamin E could be a potential protector against indoor air pollutants, offering insights for healthier living spaces.

I advise against catching a cold. I bought Vitamin E believing it would help me avoid one. Usually, I fall ill with seasonal changes, but this year I fared much better. Since vitamin E is fat-soluble, I must watch for overdose, so I only take one tablet every four days.

Warmer feet now

I was told it’s beneficial for frostbite and menopause. Taking it with vitamin C after meals is recommended. After just three days, my feet no longer feel cold. I take two tablets daily—morning and night—though I plan to reduce that to one eventually. The fishy smell isn't off-putting, and the tablets are easy to swallow.

Symptoms improvement noted

With worsening Raynaud's symptoms turning my fingers white in the cold, I started taking Vitamin E following the Fujikawa Method. After about a month of 2-3 tablets daily, the whitening reduced significantly. My symptoms, which intensified over 10 years, are now improving remarkably. Though I take other supplements, the quick positive change is surprising. My menstrual cycle has also stabilised, enhancing my overall quality of life.

My skin has become more hydrated and glowing, with my hair and nails improving too. Vitamin E has effectively addressed my dry skin, firming it up. After several weeks of use, I noticed stronger, shinier hair. Additionally, my immunity seems strengthened, and I catch colds less often. Vitamin E has also enhanced my vision and reduced eye fatigue from long hours at the computer.

I feel like I don't catch a cold when I take this. Alongside this, I also consume B vitamins each morning. I've been repeating this so consistently that I worry if I miss a dose.

Improvements noted

I follow the Fujikawa theory, which involves iron, protein, vitamin E, vitamin C, and B vitamins, plus niacin. Despite protein not suiting my stomach, I've switched to a high-protein diet. Over a year, my long-standing sensitivity to cold has considerably improved—I'm surprised, as I had given up hope. I believe vitamin E plays a crucial role, and I'm curious about further improvements.

Relieved chilblains effectively
1 people found this helpful
Indispensable in cold weather, once the temperature drops from autumn to spring, my blood circulation declines, leading to chilblains. However, taking 2 to 4 tablets daily has made a significant difference. I am cautious about excessive Vitamin E intake as it may affect Vitamin K, so I ensure to include natto at breakfast for balance.
6
Cold sensitivity aid
I’ve made several purchases. To significantly improve my sensitivity to cold, I take more during winter. I'd say my cold sensation has improved.
