I suffered from heavy menstrual cramps, headaches, and nausea. I've gradually increased my intake to 5 capsules, and I was surprised to find my cramps were nearly gone. When I missed a dose, the headaches returned, highlighting the effect of vitamin E. I believe vitamin C and vitamin K should be taken together.
