An effective aromatase inhibitor, this supplement is excellent for inflammation and arthritis, helping with pain relief. Though I initially bought it for prostate health, I found that my finger stiffness disappeared. It's affordable and works well; I recommend it.

Encouraging improvement
2 people found this helpful
I have used Stinging Nettle as tea, which worked well; however, I love the convenience of the capsules and am delighted I decided to try that application. I have a significant amount of arthritis and inflammation, and I'm very pleased to have made this choice. I see some improvement and am hopeful that over time, I will see more. It is a great supplement with no taste, but I suggest being careful with the dosage as it can cause diarrhoea or an urgent need to go to the lavatory.
