This product is excellent. While the capsules are rather large, they are comprehensive and fulfill their promises. This mixture of vitamins has significantly improved my mood and cognitive health. I didn’t experience any allergies. Although the name is Adam, women can use it too, as it’s more about the label indicating the quantity of each ingredient. Don't worry if your urine turns quite yellow; it's merely due to the vitamin B.
