To help my husband recover from COVID, he has been using Adam multivitamins for two months. His blood test results improved, particularly liver health, which suffered the most from the virus. The 1000 IU vitamin D content means he doesn't need additional supplements, which is convenient. Although the capsules are large and may be difficult to swallow, the multivitamins overall work great.

Mega cool vitamins! The dosages are impressive and surprisingly, they don't significantly stain urine, likely due to high bioavailability. The capsules are large but easy to swallow. I noticed a definite improvement in my well-being and my blood tests while donating monthly. After taking a break, my blood counts previously didn’t recover well from donation to donation. Now, everything is within normal levels! I would highly recommend these vitamins; they are likely the best I've ever tried.

The face turns red, yet it is good. Although these vitamins are marketed for men, I tried them as a female. My husband didn’t notice much since he forgot his doses. I take one capsule every other day and have not experienced any side effects. Initially, there was some reddening of the face, feeling a pronounced surge of blood, but it subsided after about four or five doses. Overall, the vitamins are as expected, not causing nausea, and surprisingly, even the gigantic capsules were easy to swallow.

An outstanding vitamin for men, perfect for my husband's physically demanding job. The capsules are large but easy to swallow thanks to the coated shell. He no longer feels fatigued after starting this comprehensive vitamin and mineral complex. These vitamins help suppress inflammation and boost heart function while normalising digestion. He takes two capsules every morning. He really likes it and I recommend it!
