This complex for men is excellent. It has a good composition! My spouse has gastritis and a very sensitive stomach, yet when taking these vitamins, there were no side effects or undesirable symptoms. Although the capsules are large, they are still easy to swallow.

The Now Foods men's vitamins have an excellent composition! Vitamin C is in the form of calcium ascorbate, which is the best form. They can be taken even with gastritis and do not cause kidney stones. Additionally, they include many beneficial substances like resveratrol, alpha lipoic acid, and coenzyme Q10. I’ve been ordering them for three years, and I highly recommend them.

Possibly the best vitamins I've tried. From Complevitis to Vitrum and Supradin, ADAM feels better absorbed by my stomach, which has gastritis. I mix it with porridge (seven cereals, honey, apple, and dried fruit) and also take fly agaric microdosing.
