An excellent multivitamin complex for men! The balanced formula boosts immunity and energy production, aiding in both exercise and work. Adam promotes healthy, restorative sleep. It does not cause any reactions or affect the pancreas and does not lead to kidney stones, with vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate being an excellent method of absorption. It includes folic acid, grape seed extract, and substantial dosages of B vitamins. Overall, a very good complex for men, I recommend!

I advise! In my opinion, these are the best vitamins for men! Take two capsules daily! They have excellent absorption and no kidney stones, unlike cheaper tableted vitamins.

I liked the complex, having tried it from another manufacturer previously which caused a heaviness in my kidneys; however, this brand has posed no problems related to kidney stones.
