Excellent composition; I drink one capsule daily and am completely satisfied. Unlike "Twinlab daily one caps," these do not cause a feeling of nausea after taking them, even after a hearty breakfast. Although slightly more expensive, it's worth it.

These are the best vitamins currently available. They offer an excellent price-quality ratio with a sufficient concentration of trace elements for men. Despite the large capsule size, it's easy to swallow. I take them after meals, and there's no nausea. They are quickly absorbed, providing solid support for my body.

Excellent for those who exercise. Supports health and provides the elements the body needs. It may cause some nausea if taken on an empty stomach and should be taken after eating. Additionally, it can lead to severe yellowing of the urine. It is essential to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

It's a quality product, but personally, I find it a bit harsh; taking it daily leads to nausea for me.

My father, at 48 years old, could not take these pills; he experienced nausea and side pain. It could be individual intolerance, of course.
