I got headaches.

I don't like it. I bought this because it was highly rated. It likely is a quality product, but it did not suit me at all. I have to give it two stars because after taking it three times, I got a headache each time. I even discarded some of the powder on subsequent tries. I really wanted this to work for me, and even my friend experienced a headache. We all respond differently, so it might work for you. But for me, I simply didn't like it. This rating does not reflect the quality of the product or the company; it’s just that Alpha GPC and I didn’t get along.

Perfect replacement for gliatylin. I bought it instead of the expensive gliatylin after a concussion. The composition is the same and, combined with phosphatidylserine, my headaches have completely disappeared.

Contradictory impression. I noticed an increase in mood and clarity in my mind after taking one piece in the morning. However, by lunchtime, this was replaced by irritability and headaches.
