Raises your blood pressure. I regret spending money on this, as it was recommended by a friend. What I didn't know is that if you have significant inflammation or stress, this product should be avoided! My blood pressure skyrocketed after taking just one 500mg pill daily for three days, resulting in a persistent headache. I stopped immediately. If you have low blood pressure, it might work, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
