This stuff is doing things I didn't expect. First of all, I bought this to boost my immune system during Flu season (I don't do Flu shots). I caught a cold, took this with Carlson Zinc and Vitamin C; I took the Astragalus twice a day (please take with a meal, might upset your stomach), and the combination once a day for 3 days. The head cold came in full blast (stuffy head, sore throat), and was gone in 2 days! it was like it flushed everything out of me the 2nd night (was up blowing my nose and coughing everything out on the 2nd night). On the third day, I just has a few sneezes, and my head was cleared up! No antihistamines, no cough syrup, only 1 cough drop and some tea! Amazing! What I didn't expect: I had an itch (due to menopausal issues), and it's GONE. I will definitely keep this in my homeopathic arsenal

But Astragalus is the greatest preventative for Flu

Goldenseal is the "fix" after the fact if needed for an infection. But Astragalus is the greatest preventative for Flu, cold, virus etc. one a day does it for me. No Flu, cold, etc. for years! This is a great brand too

Have been taking these for years

I started taking Astragalus about 20 years ago. I take it mostly for the cold and Flu season. Still took it in 2020/2021 even though masks pretty much stopped a regular Flu season. Over the years if I got a cold or the Flu it was nowhere near as bad as I did before or as bad as others got it. I work with and around a lot of people weekly from all over the world. I have watched my co-workers get sick with the Flu and I was fine. When I started it I was instructed to start it right before cold/Flu season and take it until around June. I was told that it works better when you stop taking it for those months in between. I have been doing that all these years and I swear by this stuff. I found out about it late one night on a show I was watching. They were saying that the FDA would have loved to approve it but, of course, can't because it is an herbal supplement. Check with your doctor before taking it to make sure it doesn't interact with any medications you may take. I know people taking high blood pressure medication are not advised to take it

Great product for enhancinhg immune system!!

Great product for enhancing my immune system. I muscle test with it (and my other supplements) every day to see if I need to take it. Or, if I have beginning symptoms of a cold or Flu, such as muscle aches, fatigue, stuffy nose--I take it right away and symptoms disappear

O.K. so I didn't get Flu shot again this year.but after so many i am leary of more. so many years they choose wrong strains to add anyhow. so I decieded this year to just take this everyday during winter months, so far, so good. easy to swallow and no after taste helps

Pleased with product.

I am very pleased with this product. I am taking it to boost my immune system and hopefully help reduce the production of histamine. I am not sure about the histamine yet but I was exposed to several people with the Flu and thankfully it seems to be busting the immune system as I did not get sick
