When I received biotin therapy for my sweat blisters at the dermatologist, I was prescribed biotin powder along with intestinal medicine Miya BM. I discontinued these treatments due to poor results and the long waiting times. Since then, I've been taking only biotin and feel that my sweat blisters have become lighter. I've had mild atopic dermatitis, but it appears to be improving, so I plan to continue using it.
