Maybe someone helped me, no, a terrible headache followed after taking it, even while reducing the dosage. Additionally, I started developing acne on my face, so I cannot recommend it. We are all human and unique in our responses.

Consistent headaches
Not quite fitting: I love NOW products; they usually suit me well, but this is the first time I’ve reacted differently. I began this biotin and consistently experienced headaches afterwards. Therefore, I ceased use. The capsules are small and convenient, and the dosage is appropriate, as I used to take 10,000mg and could easily adjust here. They have no flavour or odour, and the price is excellent. I’m uncertain why this side effect occurred.
