Perfect calcium! Friends, feel free to order this product! The citrate form is the most easily digestible calcium and contains essential trace elements like magnesium, copper, zinc, and manganese. This means it offers more than just calcium; it's a full complex! A very good brand, with a large can that lasts about 4 months. I ordered for myself and my friend, splitting it makes it more economical. The only minor drawback is the large tablets, but it's manageable. I highly recommend it!

This is a great product! My daughter recommended I switch from calcium carbonate to Calcium Citrate for better results, and she was right! I can’t explain the difference, but I really like this product and plan to keep ordering it.
