Joint pain alleviated
I take a citrate form of calcium due to my sensitive stomach, which is well-tolerated as long as I'm not on an empty stomach. While breastfeeding, I struggled with wrist and shoulder joint pain, but after a month of use, it has subsided. This was recommended by my doctor and has made a noticeable difference.

Shoulder improvement noted
A good calcium supplement. I took it during my two-week beach holiday, and upon returning, I felt stretched out; my shoulders seemed straighter, and even my teeth appeared whiter. I previously chose calcium citrate from NOW and returned to it after years, now preferring it with added Vitamin D2. This calcium serves its purpose well, but you must be cautious not to overconsume.
