Absorbable calcium! As a bariatric patient, taking calcium is vital for me. I choose calcium citrate for its versatility; I can take the tablets at any time. I take two tablets daily, which lasts me 125 days. The capsules are large but easy to swallow. I take tests every three months, showing excellent calcium levels. My dentist has noted my stronger teeth. I happily recommend this product and even bought an annual supply for my mother, especially to help prevent fractures in postmenopausal women.

Doesn't seem to work for me. I've taken this for two months to improve my parathyroid, along with a high dose of vitamin D (cholecalciferol drops). The result was none, except for reaching the right amount of vitamin D in my blood test. I'm puzzled why it hasn't worked. Citrate is a form of calcium that we can absorb well. Perhaps I should try calcium malate.
