We sprinkle one of these a day on the food for each of our three dogs. One (silver lab, 2.5 years old) had mild pyoderma (pimples that would swell, bleed, and sometimes get inflamed) from the time we got her as a puppy that kept bumps on her muzzle and on her belly around her privates. Antibiotics would make it clear up temporarily but we didn't want her on them. We found some allergy bites that made it go away permanently but it was about $25 for 45 days worth. The bites had among other things 500mg colostrum in the amount we were giving her so I tried this. It's much cheaper and works just as well. The pyoderma has not come back. Another one (black lab, 11 years old) has had dandruff for several years regardless of food or supplements given. Also in 2019 and 2020 she got what the vet said was a bacterial skin infection both summers that resulted in large bubble-like flakes forming all over her belly, under her front legs, wherever she had less hair. That required antibiotics and several washings with antibacterial shampoo to clear up. We started giving her the colostrum not for that but just because. Well, we noticed not long after that her dandruff was completely gone....like not a flake. This summer around the time the skin infection came on the last two years she also stayed clear. The price on this has gone up A LOT in the last year (more than doubled) so we've switched to the powdered version which is more in line with what this used to cost

great for pets

I purchased this product for my dog who has Allergies, or what we assume is Allergies. He is always scratching and itching. We had our little guy on prednisone, which worked, but was hurting his liver. Someone suggested that we try Colostrum. The now brand Colsotrum comes in medium size capsules.They don't have much of a smell to them, which is good. We put them in pill pockets, and our pet takes it with no problems. After a month of usage, I would say that this helps build his immune system which in turn decreases his Allergies, skin irritation, itchiness, etc. If yu have a pet that you have tried everything for and still won't stop scratching, try this. It does take a while to start working though. You won't see results immediately

Miraculous

I got this for my tiny Chihuahua with Allergies. It was almost an instant change. No more snorking ( wet sneezes) and paw licking. I gave home 1/3 capsule on his AM wet food and relieved instantly. On second day, with another 1/3: capsule no allergic sneezing or licking of front paws at all. Today is the third day and last of first capsule. Highly recommended

Amazing for Allergies

Update: My husband has been taking these for over a year now and they still work great. He takes them anytime he feels like his Allergies are starting to get to them and it helps him immensely. He used to get sick all the time and since he started taking this he rarely falls ill. We also use ALJ in combination with this during the spring and it does wonders for him. Love this stuff. My husband has terrible Allergies and is very prone to sinus infections. After researching things that could help, I decided to get him to try this and see if it helped. My husband isn't the type to want to take medicine if he doesn't need it, and he was pretty skeptical about the idea of basically taking breast milk as a medicine. He started this about 6 months ago and has been using it daily the entire time. He says its made a huge difference and he hasn't had a sinus infection during this time. He also has IBS and hasn't complained of that bothering him since he started taking these. You also can't beat the price on amazon. In store the price is more than double

Great for pup with Allergies

I bought this for my pup that has started to get skin Allergies with age. These last few months his skin has gotten worse, it flares up red and itchy. Within a week of first using it his skin has gone back to normal. When he has a flare up I dust half a capsule on his food and it helps calm his skin. I have started to add a capsule to my morning smoothie but can't really speak to feeling any different. I have not gotten sick which is great
