Super! I ordered this on the advice of a nutritionist while suffering from frequent cystitis. I hardly felt any discomfort, as I could tell when cystitis was beginning. After taking six capsules at once in the afternoon, I woke up the next morning feeling great. Now, if my feet feel cold, I take three capsules just to be safe.

After a week of taking it, I noticed an improvement, and after three weeks, the results were substantial.
