Recommend! D-mannose is primarily recognised as a nutraceutical for pyelonephritis, yet it is also beneficial in anti-candida protocols. I learned about it from a lecture by Andrey Gostroy, a PreventAge expert. D-mannose gently disrupts the chitinous layer of biofilms and decreases candida activity.
