It helps! I bought it for my mother who caught a cold by the sea and it affected her bladder. Antibiotics triggered a severe allergy! After trying brusniver and Monorel, which only offered partial relief, mannose was introduced. It helped her significantly over about 10-12 days, with her taking 2-3 capsules daily.
