On a friend's advice, I tried echinacea, particularly as it's vegan. At the first sign of malaise, I take 3-4 capsules daily along with vitamin C, and it positively affects my recovery. However, be cautious if you have allergies; I had no reaction despite my allergy issues.

Expected longevity less
Echinacea is essential for me, especially in autumn/winter as it helps with colds. However, I give it 4 stars because I expected a longer expiration date, as it ends in 2022, especially for such a large pack.

I easily catch colds, often leading to long-lasting sore throats. However, taking echinacea early reduces the duration and intensity of my pain. It's a lifesaver!

I began taking it to prevent cold sores, but unfortunately, I caught a cold. It doesn’t seem to work for me.

I recently caught a cold sore, so I bought echinacea. I was surprised to see improvements in my symptoms when I took it immediately upon feeling discomfort. It's much better than cold remedies because it boosts my immunity. I can't go without it!
