I feel less depressed since I switched to 500mg of niacin after taking niacinamide for over half a year. The transition was challenging, as I experienced some stomach discomfort and itching all over my body, possibly due to increased magnesium intake. After returning to my previous dosage of magnesium and niacinamide, I switched to niacin when my condition improved. Thankfully, I’ve had no gastrointestinal or skin issues since then. Niacin is quite potent! While it’s not a medication, it certainly lifts my mood. My mind feels clearer, and your vision becomes clearer too.
