Great Vitamin B3, niacin has great quality and no hot flashes whatsoever. The ingredients are well chosen, and the capsule size is compact. Folic acid provides energy, and niacin aids in fat breakdown. The neutral taste is a plus, and I’m keen to share more about its effectiveness in my next review.
