I'm in good shape. I was advised by an ophthalmologist to try this due to my thin blood vessels. I take two capsules twice daily alongside vitamin C and lutein. I had concerns about Bouchard's node on my fingers, which caused swelling and pain, but now I hardly notice it. I feel this supplement has been effective, and I wish to continue taking it for the long term.
