Niacin alleviates nausea-like symptoms
We investigated how niacin affects nausea in mice suffering from a condition similar to pellagra. To mimic this condition, we fed the mice a low-niacin diet and administered isoniazid, a drug known to induce symptoms characteristic of niacin deficiency.

In our study, we observed that mice on a low-niacin diet displayed signs of nausea through pica behavior—a common way to assess nausea in rodents. Importantly, this behavior was not present in mice that continued to receive a normal diet.

After administering niacin as a treatment, we found that it effectively prevented the pica behavior and helped restore normal levels of certain metabolites affected by isoniazid. These findings suggest that niacin supplementation can significantly alleviate nausea-like symptoms associated with pellagra in our mouse model.

Overall, we’re excited that our newly established method for measuring pica could be an essential tool for understanding nausea associated with dietary deficiencies.

No more nausea

I had stomach pain and nausea previously when taking niacinamide, so I opted for this flash-free option. I take one tablet after each meal and haven't encountered any issues thus far. After consuming it, my hands and feet felt slightly warm, which was quite pleasant.

Easy to drink
I don’t experience any nausea after taking it, which makes it easy to drink. I wish I’d known sooner that there was a product without nausea.
7.5
No nausea
Niacin typically causes flushing, while niacinamide can be challenging. This flash-free niacin causes neither flushing nor nausea, which is why I prefer using it. My family uses niacinamide.

Improved sleep

It’s going well! I had been taking niacinamide for an extended period, but the nausea prevented me from taking the necessary dosage. Now that I've switched to this, I can take four tablets daily, and my sleep has significantly improved. The capsule size is convenient, allowing me to swallow it easily with other supplements.

Boosts energy
The composition is good; delivery was prompt. The packaging was high-quality and intact. Although the capsules are slightly large, I have no trouble swallowing them. I take one capsule daily with meals, alongside vitamin D3+K2, magnesium, and vitamin B6. After ten days of use, I’ve noticed a reduction in headaches and nausea, along with increased energy and a better mood throughout the day. I recommend it, as it’s suitable for those interested in sports or dieting. Omega-3 greatly replenishes the body's requirements.

Initial nausea
At the start of taking this medicine, I experienced some nausea, but this improved within a few days. There was no niacin flush.

Managing nausea

Niacin causes itchy sensations! Niacinamide was uncomfortable, leading to stomach pain and nausea. I'm currently taking one flash-free capsule and a small quantity of niacin to help my body adjust. Even a small amount causes itchiness, but as the arachidonic acid is released, this should diminish over time. I’m hopeful about reaching a point where I can actually enjoy the flush.
