In addition to Inositol, I also take PABA, Vitamin C (the Ester form), and Ginkgo. I initially found the effects calming, although my sensitivity to the weather improved significantly. After a year, an ultrasound revealed that the cyst on my ovary had vanished! There are no contraindications for pregnancy now!
