I drank one can with one capsule daily, and I noticed that my cycle stabilised. Menstruation, I must say, went by almost unnoticed with no pain in the first few days; they also became lighter. I did experience some spotting before and after, but I didn't notice any mental effects. I found it easier to fall asleep and realised I escaped autumn depression this year. At this moment, I have not noted any strong side effects, so I believe this is a good product that I recommend. It was easy to take and didn't pose any difficulties.

An excellent supplement! After the second birth, I struggled with endometriosis and felt constant inflammation in my uterus, which was quite uncomfortable.
