The inositol pills caused gas and severe headaches for a week. I took only one capsule daily as directed, but had to stop after four days due to the unbearable headaches. Everyone's body reacts differently, but for me, it's a no-go. I wouldn't purchase it again.

Headaches gone
I've been trying this for a couple of weeks, and I've noticed significant changes. I'm now sleeping better, and the constant headaches I suffered daily are gone. I've only experienced mild headaches lately, unlike the migraines I used to have. I'm excited to see further improvements and will definitely reorder.

The doctor prescribed a dose of 2000; taking four capsules caused severe headaches. However, two capsules were tolerable.
