Thanks to the creator, this is a miracle powder! I have suffered from chronic cystitis for three years, constantly having acute flare-ups treated with antibiotics, which ultimately harmed my microflora and led to constant thrush. After trying D-mannose, I felt immediate relief after the first dose. I took two capsules in the morning and evening. During my first course, while I had a cold, my symptoms persisted but eventually subsided after additional treatment. Now, cystitis is hardly an issue; I only take mannose after intimate activities. I've ordered more for future needs. Those with similar issues should try this instead of relying on antibiotics!

This is the only product that successfully combats urinary tract infections for me. I adhere to the instructions, supplementing with natural anti-inflammatories like turmeric. Antibiotics cause thrush and colitis for me, and cranberry products have never been effective. If you're sexually active, using D-Mannose within an hour of intimacy is crucial, followed by consistent use for 24 hours.
