What a blessing! I’m in my 60’s and suffer from urinary incontinence, usually accompanied by debilitating painful cystitis. I was too scared to go anywhere. A friend suggested D-Mannose powder, and it's been fantastic. I still experience some incontinence, but to a much lesser degree, and no more painful cystitis!
