I replaced Claritin and Zyrtec with this for our family’s seasonal allergies. My daughter can’t take those medications due to nightmares and behaviour changes. A teaspoon daily during allergy season and there are no signs of sniffles or cough. It also serves as an immune system booster. We absolutely love it!
