Helps unblock sinuses
It's my first time using this. It's alright but not as effective as the pricier brand I'm accustomed to. The smell isn't to my liking; however, it can unblock the sinuses or alleviate a headache, so it has some benefits. I do miss my previous product but had to opt for this one as I reside in Jordan. The packaging is adequate, presented in a dark brown bottle, which is ideal for essential oils.

Peppermint oil is great for those suffering from headaches when inhaled or applied to the forehead. Just be careful not to get it in your eyes.
