Excellent! Stevia is valuable as it is immensely sweeter than sugar, yet does not raise blood sugar levels. It contains chromium, aiding sugar absorption and facilitating insulin action. Additionally, it has selenium and copper, which are beneficial for skin health. We use it in gluten-free baked goods for our children, as sugar promotes Candida growth.
