Decreased discomfort
My eye strain has considerably decreased despite working on a computer all day. During bad days, I would feel pain or discomfort at the back of my eyes. I find that 10 mg is sufficient for me, and I take it on days when the strain lingers. It seems to work well with omega 3, as I take it alongside sesame oil.
