Improved menstrual cycle
During menopause, I experienced symptoms of congenital hypothyroidism, including lethargy and forgetfulness, which made me irritable. After being advised by an endocrinologist to take Selenium, I feel significantly better. My menstrual cycle has normalised, my memory is restored, and I’ve become much calmer and balanced. The benefits of dietary supplements for thyroid health are quite evident.

Regular periods restored
Selenium deficiency and Hashimoto's thyroiditis: At 16, I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome and began taking contraceptive pills, which had adverse effects. At 18, an endocrinologist diagnosed me with early Hashimoto's thyroiditis, recommending I stop the pills and take 200 mcg of Selenium instead. He assured me that my periods would gradually regularise over a few months, which they did. Unfortunately, 15 years later, I noticed irregularities again. I decided to restart taking Selenium, buying a different product, and I'm pleased to say my periods are now regular, returning every 28 days.
