Effective for abrasions
204 people found this helpful
This oil should be in every home! Tea tree oil truly has numerous advantages. I use it everywhere, particularly on pimples, and while it may not remove them completely, it does have a drying effect. The smell is quite specific, which not everyone may appreciate. Nevertheless, I utilise it for disinfecting spaces, often mixing it with lavender oil in a humidifier for a pleasant aroma and enhanced disinfection. It works well on skin damage, wounds, and abrasions. I find it far better than iodine. I even add a drop to my face wash gel. For a day outdoors, it keeps my face clean again. I also use it as a gargle for throat infections. It's invaluable for issues like thrush as well.

Tea tree oil is a powerful antibacterial and antifungal solution. I frequently use it as a preventive measure on my nails after swimming, and on wounds and abrasions from insect bites. I have also treated my dogs with it for ticks. This oil is indispensable for nail fungus when used alongside Pau D'Arco for both internal and external treatment. I follow a specific regimen involving various supplements and dietary adjustments for optimal results.
