I've been using it for several years. It's a good quality oil with a pleasant smell that I mix with avocado or coconut oil to cleanse my digestive organs on an empty stomach. There was no discomfort, and the scent is soft. It doesn't cause allergies. I also use it externally and as a room freshener.
