Another Lyubimka :-) So why do we love it? Firstly, studies in Oslo have shown that sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) can aggravate the development of mouth ulcers. A facial surgeon noted a 70% reduction in ulcerative lesions when patients brushed with non-SLS toothpaste. SLS can dry out the oral mucosa and heighten sensitivity to allergens. As a strong abrasive, it can thin tooth enamel, leading to further issues. The consumption volume is huge, yet we use far less toothpaste than expected. It's absurdly priced for such quality! No burning sensation
Xyliwhite and Desert Essence are nearly the only toothpastes I can use. I have oral Lichen Planus, which causes painful ulcers, but Xyliwhite causes no discomfort. I initially didn't like the coconut taste, but now I prefer it. I haven’t had a cavity in five years thanks to xylitol’s effectiveness.

Good for gums
I would get mouth ulcers with Japanese toothpaste, but since switching to this one, I have not experienced any. It is enjoyable to use and gentle on my gums.

Reduces ulcers
I believe this helps to prevent mouth ulcers. Previously, I used a product containing sodium lauryl sulphate from a drugstore, which caused frequent mouth ulcers. Since switching to this, I rarely experience them, which is a relief. The taste is slightly minty and not overly irritating.
