Multi-functional support

I purchased a garlic supplement for my retired mother upon a doctor's suggestion to lower cholesterol. Its benefits, however, extend beyond that; our entire family turned to garlic during colds, leading to swift recoveries. Now, we take it to support immunity, manage sugar levels, and promote cardiovascular health. It's a super product that I highly recommend.

Strong immunity boost

I used to get sick 2-3 times each winter, but after a month of taking garlic extract, I’ve managed to avoid illness for about 10 years! Last year, during a stressful period, I was ill from late November to February, and the supplement was the only thing that helped. Garlic’s allicin boosts immunity effectively. Based on my experience, it takes around 7-10 days to feel the effects. It's essential not to settle for cheaper alternatives as they can be harder to digest and may cause unpleasant burping. This vegetarian garlic extract works best for me and is also halal. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely odourless! Elixir of youth and health! Contains 500 mg of garlic! I take it in an antiparasitic complex with black walnut, cat's claw, and oregano oil. A month later, my tachycardia passed and shortness of breath stopped troubling me! I hardly catch a cold in winter, and no infections either. It perfectly boosts immunity. Give it a try!

Excellent antiviral effects

Garlic is known for being very beneficial for overall health. My dad took one tablet daily as a dietary supplement, as recommended by his doctor to lower cholesterol. At the time, he had a slight cold, and garlic helped immensely. The antiviral and antibacterial effects were excellent, and we decided to order it again.
Cold sores, also known as fever blisters, are small, fluid-filled blisters that typically appear on or around the lips, although they can also occur in other areas of the face. They are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV), primarily HSV-1, and are highly contagious. The initial outbreak may be accompanied by symptoms such as fever, swollen lymph nodes, and a general feeling of malaise. Once infected, the virus remains dormant in the body and can reactivate, leading to recurring outbreaks, often triggered by stress, illness, or exposure to sunlight.
Treatment options for cold sores often focus on alleviating symptoms and speeding up healing. Over-the-counter creams containing antiviral medication like docosanol can help reduce the duration of an outbreak when applied early on. Prescription medications may be recommended for more severe cases. Home remedies, such as applying ice, using aloe vera, or taking lysine supplements, may also offer some relief. Prevention strategies include avoiding known triggers and practicing good hygiene, like not sharing utensils or personal items with infected individuals.
Garlic, scientifically known as Allium sativum, is a popular culinary ingredient that is renowned for its distinctive flavor and numerous health benefits. Belonging to the onion family, it is closely related to leeks and shallots. Garlic is typically used in various cuisines worldwide, lending its pungent, savory notes to a range of dishes from pasta sauces to roasted meats. Whether consumed raw, sautéed, or roasted, garlic not only enhances the taste of food but is also prized for its potential health properties, including its antimicrobial effects and ability to boost the immune system.
In addition to its culinary uses, garlic is often celebrated in alternative medicine for its health benefits. It is rich in essential nutrients, including vitamins C and B6, manganese, and selenium. Furthermore, research suggests that garlic may help lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels, and provide antioxidant effects. When buying garlic, opt for firm, dry bulbs with tight skin and avoid any signs of sprouting or softness. Fresh garlic cloves can easily elevate your cooking game, making them a staple in kitchens around the globe.
Garlic is often touted for its numerous health benefits, including potential antiviral properties, which may suggest that it could help with cold sores. Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV), and some studies indicate that garlic extract contains compounds like allicin that may help inhibit viral activity. Applying crushed garlic directly to the affected area is sometimes recommended in home remedy circles; however, it should be approached cautiously, as garlic can irritate the skin and lead to chemical burns in some individuals.
While garlic may have the potential to offer some relief or aid in the healing process due to its natural antiviral properties, it's important to note that scientific evidence is limited. Most dermatologists and health professionals recommend established treatments like antiviral creams or medications for effective cold sore management. If you're considering using garlic as a treatment, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your specific situation.

Great cold remedy

If you can't tolerate fresh garlic, garlic tablets are a lifesaver in treating colds, especially alongside vitamin C, D3, and zinc. They help get me back on my feet in just a couple of days. I always keep them in my medicine cabinet, and they have no distinct taste or strong smell, although a slight aftertaste remains. Be cautious as this might affect your breath.

Effective against colds

My husband and I take two tablets a day during cold and runny nose periods, one in the morning and one in the evening. The garlic aroma is unnoticeable, although I can't comment on the taste since we swallow them whole. The formula is excellent and has helped us avoid colds and quickly overcome runny noses at the first signs.
