KCNA2 autoimmunity diverse; immunotherapy beneficial
We analyzed data from 35 patients with KCNA2 IgG autoantibodies linked to various neuropsychiatric issues, including cognitive impairment and seizures. These autoantibodies were notably present in cerebrospinal fluid in some patients and showed different subclasses in serum.
Notably, four patients saw significant improvement with early immunotherapy, particularly those with autoimmune encephalitis. The findings suggest that KCNA2 autoimmunity is varied, indicating the need for more research to clarify its role and therapeutic approaches.

Great! This is the best remedy for joints. After five days on glucosamine, my husband's knee pain intensified, but he adjusted his dosage and has seen improvement. Working!!! My mother, who is 67, is happy after I ordered it for her. She has unhealthy knees and previously required expensive injections every six months. After her course of treatment, her joints have not bothered her yet! It's impressive since it was time for another injection. I will order her a larger jar because it’s definitely effective!

Unfortunately, this product does not improve my joint condition. I took the capsules three times daily for three months and even increased it to four, but I felt no improvement. In fact, there was slight deterioration, leading me to order glucosamine with chondroitin from another manufacturer.

This product simply doesn’t work for me at all. Even with an increased dose, I see no effect. I will not reorder it again. It feels like money down the drain.

Excellent quality! I've known this brand for a long time. The dietary supplement consistently improves my health after the course. Notable improvements begin after the second week of use.
