I heard positive reviews and divided the dosage by 33 (perhaps it's a placebo effect). I have chondromalacia of the knee joints. After drinking only a third of the course, I already feel an improvement—no pain during exercise and no crunching sounds. Who knows how long the effect lasts, but for now, I am very satisfied with the product.

Mild improvement noted
I purchased two jars of the remedy—one for myself due to knee issues exacerbated after an ankle fracture, which caused prolonged immobilisation, leading to intensified pain. The second was for my mother, who suffers from knee arthrosis and III degree chondromalacia. Personally, I didn't notice a significant difference, possibly due to differing issues, and my gastrointestinal tract reacted negatively. However, my mother appreciated it; after completing the course, her pain became less pronounced. Although there wasn't a WOW effect, this is typical for dietary supplements with her condition. I have no doubts about the product quality from this company, one of the best on iHerb. I definitely recommend it, particularly in the early stages of the disease.
