I bought this as my elbows, shoulders, and knees had started to ache from training. Although I didn't notice immediate effects on my joints, continuity is essential. After taking it for over a month, I believe my shoulders and elbows are considerably better. It is effective.

Mobility improved
I ordered a second package for a friend. After she used the first one, her joints improved noticeably. She previously had pain in her shoulder and couldn’t lift her arm. Now, her joint mobility has improved, and the pain has decreased. I recommend it.

The pills are quite large, but I can swallow them easily. Unfortunately, my frozen shoulder hasn’t improved, and there’s been no change since I commenced this medication. I feel I have no choice but to visit an orthopedic clinic to request an injection.
