I purchased this for my parents, who take it twice a year for two months. My father's shoulders were severely sore at 62, and he struggled to lift his arms. After the first course, he feels much better and his shoulder pain has subsided. My mother also mentioned it has become easier for her to get up, and her knees feel more aligned after working as an accountant for most of her life.
