Reduced mobility

This medication works effectively when taken long-term. I've been using this complex for four months and wish to maintain the same dosage. Currently, the crunching in my knees has transformed into a "fine sand" sensation, although the clicking remains when squatting (which tape might resolve). Morning mobility is still limited, but there is no pain or swelling experienced.
