Surprising results…

I purchased this glutathione to see if it would help me recover more quickly from a nasty cold bug since it's the mother antioxidant. What I didn't expect is my right knee which has been in great pain for over 2 years since I injured it would quit hurting 100%. WHAT!? I had to google glutathione and knee pain to see if there was a possible connection as that's the only thing I was doing different. It turns out it helps arthritis. I never considered my knee pain arthritis, I assumed it was just the result of a bad injury. I went to the mall with my daughter on her birthday and shopped for hours. Something that would have been very painful before. I was afraid to even say it aloud to my husband that my knee no longer hurt afraid it would somehow start hurting again. Replenish glutathione from acetaminophen use…

My grandma has been using this for glutathione depletion symptoms (shaking hands, unsteady gait, etc.) which we now believe are due to using acetaminophen over the years, which depletes glutathione. Within 2 days of taking this hjer hands shake at least 90% less & she said she feels much steadier on her feet. She said she can tell the difference if she misses it for a few days. She has been healthier this cold & flu season than any in several years after using this along with vitamin D3 & vitamin K2 MK7. I order this glutathione regularly for her, She takes 1- 500 mg capsule per day & said she might bump it up to 2- 500mg capsules per day to see if she notices any more improvement. I found information about a (Japanese) study that showed a HUGE improvement in symptoms like hers while the subjects took 1,000mg per day of glutathione. That said, I advised her to start slower with the 1 capsule so that way she could adjust & it wouldn't be such a shock to her more mature body. She is REALLY excited about the improvement while using this & tells all of her friends now! I WILL purchase this again

Glutathione gave me euphoria and prevented grey hair growth.

Great stuff. After taking this for several weeks, I started having heightened states of Euphoria. It was great at 1st but then I had to stop taking it as much so that the euphoric feelings weren't as strong. I also noticed that some of my grey that I've had since I was 28 years old was not growing in as much. At 1st, I thought I was seeing sh*t, so I decided to do a google search on, "Glutathione and Grey hair" and there quite a few web sites that talk about how glutathione restores greying hair to its original color by breaking Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) into H2 and O2, separating hydrogen peroxide into 2 different molecules. That's possibly what's happing to me. Well anyway onto the next adventure, NAC. I want to see the difference between NAC and Glutathione, especially since NAC is supposed to allow, prepare or force your liver to make Glutathione. I wonder which is better, having your body make glutathione via NAC or taking the reduced form of glutathione

The best quality glutathione I've tried yet

I've used so many different kinds of glutathione. *removed name* 500mg used to be my favorite but this one takes the cake. I usually see a difference in my skin in two weeks with jarrow but I've seen a significant difference in my breakouts and skin texture after one week with this brand. I've stopped wearing makeup out! This is very good quality glutathione. Always supplement with vitamin c of course

I bought the product specifically to lighten scars but at this point I'm invested to whiten my whole body lol for science. After one bottle down (finished under a month because I take 3 a day) I haven't noticed significant skin lightening but my nails are glorious ðŸ'Œ finger nails and toe nails looking very healthy, my skin overall seems more hydrated but I wouldn't say I'm lighter yet. Sometimes I need to poop soon after taking this lol I have purchased another bottle and will continue to take this to see when my skin begins to lighten. For reference I'm native American so I have light medium skin, but my overall complexion is closer to that of someone of hispanic descent. Meaning my face and hands are more pale than my body itself. And my overall skintone is more olive with yellow undertones. Edit (Aug 30) I'm just about done with my 2nd bottle and I have seen some more benefits. On my big toes I had these small dark calluses from my toes rubbing against my shoes, they're going away and the skin is beginning to be more uniform. My skin overall is more even and less dull, I wouldn't say less pigmented, but brighter. I'm waiting until someone comments on how much paler I look lol I will continue to take it and order a 3rd bottle Edit (Feb 11 2023) After 5 bottles, and an increase to taking 6 pills a day (2 pills 3x daily), I feel confident to say that this product is really only benefited my nails and hair. I'm 25 and in good health to begin with so I can't say if glutathione really impacts health in a positive way for someone who's already in good condition lol I did give a bottle to an older coworker of mine out of curiosity to see if his age (45ish) would be a factor in actually feeling some kind of positive change. He did note that he felt more energetic and was able to sleep better. He also claimed it brightened up his complexion (he's naturally a deeper brown toned shade and claimed that after finishing the bottle he noticed his skin wasn't as dull). And keep in mind I did ask what his skincare routine is like and this man only washes with a bar soap and doesn't moisturize. As for myself and my own experiment to see if taking large doses of this would dramatically reduce my melanin output. I can officially say it only contributed to minor skin lightening. My acne scars did not improve as much as I was anticipating. My lips did get a but pinker as the corners (naturally a little darker on me) did lighten up a tad bit, but nothing on the level of what Accutane did for me. Accutane made my lips very pink and even in color as my skin turnover was sped up. My sometimes ashy elbows were able to almost become the same shade as the rest of arms, but I did also incorporate AHA lotions to them so I can't say if the glutathione is to get all the credit. My junk downstairs did not change in color lol everyone has naturally darker private areas (I guess besides people with little to no melanin ðŸ¤" as their junk would be more redish brown) So if your intention was to take this product to make you're darker areas "even out" and be more aesthetically even toned and beautiful, it doesn't happen to the level that you're hoping ðŸ˜† Itll be minor shift in the direction you wanna go. But the price will eventually add up and I don't see it as worth it. In conclusion, it's good for hair and nails. Delivers a 2/10 change in skin lightening. Delivers a 7/10 change in overall skin appearance (by that I mean my skin just looks smoother, less fine lines, and maybe it holds on to more moisture

Keep your youth!

I've been using this supplement for several years, and though I just turned 54, I look (so I'm told) 35.I don't have gray hair, and still menstruate regularly. I am a full-time engineering student /single mom to 6 children. Glutathione keeps our hormones working (along with pregnenolone) as we age. Our bodies slowly make less and less of these necessary hormones. I only take one a day. Worth every penny

Giant Pores, Ice Pick Face and Chicken Skin

I had horrible acne in my youth and it left me with large pores (like ice pick scars) on my cheeks. I've been taking these for about 2 weeks and the pores are nearly gone. People are asking me if I am pregnant because I am glowing. My face is more even and very smooth. I also have chicken skin legs which are improving after 2 weeks. I ordered enough for several months. NOW Foods Glutathione 500mg

This is my 3rd purchase of Now Glutathione. I began with 50mg, then 250mg now I am using the 500 mg. I must say that I purchased this product because I heard that it gives energy as well as assisting in helping one sleep and making the skin luminescent. I have been using for a roughly 90 days and my skin looks so amazing, I have much more energy than before and I sleep like a log at night...Now don't hold my experience as science, I'm just saying that it worked for me. I also was told that the side effects of this product is skin lightening...this is true, My skin is 2 shades fairer than what it was before which in my case is a plus as it's better than using skin brightener serums, as this works from the inside out. My boyfriend recently said my skin is amazing and asked what i was using...I simple answered what do you mean...this is a natural glow!
