Green tea's limited effectiveness observed
We explored the impacts of green tea extract, particularly its key ingredient, EGCG, on endometriosis and other benign gynecological disorders. It appears that green tea may alleviate some symptoms related to these conditions through various mechanisms, including reducing fibrosis and improving pain.

However, while green tea offers some benefits, it’s essential to note that the effects on endometriosis were not overwhelmingly significant. Thus, it could serve as a complementary approach rather than a primary treatment.

Normalised menstruation

I’ve been following a programme for endometriosis that includes evening primrose oil, green tea, indole, and wild yam during the latter half of my cycle for three months. From personal experience, I can confirm it works. My menstrual cycle has normalised, both in quantity and regularity, and there’s no breast sensitivity related to the cycle. Additionally, with hormonal balance improvements, I’ve lost a couple of kilograms that have stayed off! I'm very pleased with the results and plan to continue this regimen for another six months.

Improved endometrial health

This supplement, which contains EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) along with vitamin C, has health benefits and addresses adenomyosis and myomatous nodes. The catechins help reduce the activity of affected endometrial cells, which has normalised my endometrium. I take one capsule twice daily, and there are no side effects. I’ve noticed significant improvement, supported by regular six-month ultrasound checks of my uterus showing positive trends. It also has tonic properties, so I avoid evening consumption. I consistently reorder as I rely on the green tea extract. I am pleased with the product’s quality!

Significant pain relief

I am 30 years old and, two years ago, gave birth to a daughter. Before childbirth, my periods were painful, but afterwards, they became significantly worse. After an examination, my gynae diagnosed me with endometriosis, and since I'd recently had a fibroadenoma excised, I'm unable to take hormonal treatments. Those of us with mastopathy cannot use hormonal contraceptives, as they greatly affect the breasts. My gynecologist recommended green tea extract in capsule form for a month, and the results have been remarkable! My periods are much less painful now and more tolerable compared to before. I couldn't endure the prior pain. It's much easier now! Ladies, please take care of yourselves and ensure you are examined by trusted doctors!

Pain reduction
I take courses for mastopathy and endometriosis alongside other products (indole-carbidol + DIM, evening primrose oil, vitex, mushroom complex, linseed oil, omega 3). The results are apparent: my endometriotic pain has drastically reduced in intensity and frequency, and the symptoms of mastopathy have also diminished. I continually repurchase and recommend it.
