Iron deficiency anemia linked to headaches
We explored whether iron deficiency anemia is connected to chronic daily headaches in a group of 100 patients compared to an equal number of controls.

The study revealed a significant link between iron deficiency anemia and chronic daily headaches. Interestingly, those with severe anemia experienced more intense headache symptoms.

While other iron-related factors were associated with headaches, the type and duration of headaches did not seem to vary significantly among patients.

I've discovered the quality of the iron in this product is fantastic. I take it daily as it’s rich in essential minerals. I’ve experienced no side effects, and within three days, I noticed relief from my headaches and a reduction in hair loss. I feel more energetic!

Headaches resolved

Stopped my headaches! I'd been taking a multivitamin and switched to a cheaper brand, which caused constant headaches. In an "aha" moment, I checked the label and realised my new multivitamin had no iron. I ordered these and after adding them to my routine, my headaches stopped, and I'm so relieved! They are fairly thin clear capsules that go down easy with a sip of water. There's not really a taste, and I'm very pleased with them.

Iron necessity

Works. I needed to add iron because my gummy prenatals don't contain any. I take it every other day; however, it sometimes gives me a headache if I have too much iron.

I've been using it for years, but I feel different after drinking it. My headaches have decreased, and I'm no longer told I'm anaemic during health checkups. The capsules are tasteless and small, making them easy to swallow. It's recommended to take with a vitamin C supplement.
